Gigi hair removal for facial hair removal

Hey guys, it’s me. Today I’m gonna be showing you how to do upper lip and chin waxing at home, so please stay tuned!

So first, what you’ll need is a wax warmer like this one, this is the Gigi hair removal wax warmer. I’m using this can of wax, it’s melted so I can’t show it to you or it’ll spill all over my laptop…..it’s really hot too!

I’m using the GiGi all purpose honey wax, so you can use this everywhere. And you just put it on the wax warmer and it melts it for you. I put it on medium and let it warm up, it takes about 10 minutes for it to heat up.

Ok so let’s get started. So first you need a waxing strip like this you can get a whole bunch at Sally beauty supplies. You also need a pair of scissors. I use baby powder, it’s like pre epilating stuff so I put it on my upper lip so it doesn’t take my skin off. But you can also buy GiGi hair removal stuff that you can also put on before you put the hot wax on. And also a brush to apply the powder. You will also need an applicator stick.

Cut the long muslin strip into thin strips to fit your upper lip area. I need 2 strips…also, cut a piece big enough for your chin area as well.

Once your wax has melted, dip your applicator in and get enough on your stick to apply. Then, blow the wax on the applicator a couple times to cool it down before applying.

I start off with the little area right below the nose first and then wax the both sides of the lip.

After waxing, get a napkin and wipe the powder off and apply some azulene oil to the waxed areas. Olive oil works fine as well.

That’s it, you’re done! Try to avoid sun exposure for a while after using Gigi hair removal.
